Description: 5 * deluxe hotel in central London requires Demi Pastry Chef to assist the Head Pastry Chef in the day to day running of the section. The hotel has both a fine dining restaurant and banqueting facilities with a busy afternoon tea operation. Working 48 hours per week, 5 days over 7.

Modern private members club based in the west end requires chef de partie to cover all sections of the kitchen. You will be required to work in the 50 seat a la carte restaurant and assist with private parties for up to 60 covers, serving a range of modern British cuisine. You will be required to work 7 shifts per week with the club being closed on Sundays and Saturday daytimes.
