Our client runs a multi-outlet / multi-disciplined, family orientated, day visitor attraction based in rural South Hertfordshire, with exciting future development and expansion plans.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced, Food & Beverage Manager to be responsible for the strategic direction, day to day operation, and growth of all revenue generating catering units across the venue. This is a strategic management role, reporting to the Head of Commercial Management.
Potential candidates for the role of Venue Food & Beverage Manager must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background gained in high volume, multi-outlet fully commercial, retail and counter service catering, ideally within visitor attraction or stadia catering. This must be coupled with a real passion for customer service, and the ability to identify new revenue opportunities and bring them to fruition.
The Venue Food & Beverage Manager will work on a 5/7 day rota, from 8.45am to 6pm, which will include working regular weekends and public holidays.
