We are looking for a head chef to lead and manage the staff dining facility for a growing hospitality business based in Bermondsey (South East London) close to rail and tube links.
The working hours are approximately 06.00 till 15.00 Monday to Friday with overtime available in the evenings.
We are offering a salary package of £30-33K with overtime options available.
The head chef will be responsible for planning and providing well balanced tasty lunches, with vegetarian, gluten free options for 100 employees per day often across multiple locations.
The head chef must be creative with menus able to utilize left over food, control stock and manage ordering and deliveries.
