Overview

We are looking for a passionate and foodie sous chef to join our team cooking modern British and European cuisine for a busy two AA rosette standard brasserie restaurant.

Located close to Trafalgar square we work 6/7 shifts per week (50 hours) and offer a salary of £34K plus many benefits and incentives.

The sous chef will be responsible for running service, leading and motivating the team of 20 chefs as well as being hand on in the kitchen.

We offer an all-day service for a 100 seat restaurant. Our menus change on a seasonal basis with regular specials. The sous chef will have input into menus and development as well as stock control, HACCP, COSSH, budgets and managers meetings.
