We are looking for a sous chef to lead our team of 4 chefs cooking fresh seasonal menus for our staff restaurant. Located on the Southbank walking distance from Waterloo and Blackfryers stations.

Serving up to 700 staff offering breakfast and lunch service.

The sous chef will lead a team of 4 chefs producing everything fresh on site using high quality ingredients.

Reporting directly to the Exec chef the sous chef will be responsible for ordering, stock control, due diligence and training.

Working strait shifts Monday to Friday covering breakfast and lunch service we also work 1 evening per week.

Salary package of up to £28K
