Overview

We are looking for a sous chef to head up and run our staff dining restaurant catering for up to 2000 staff we offer a weekly changing seasonal menu with regular teamed days.

The sous chef will be responsible for leading a team of chefs producing everything fresh on a daily basis. The role will be reporting to the exec chef

There will be lots of opportunity for creativity and the sous chef must be confident interacting with diners and managers.

Located 5 minutes’ walk from Waterloo station we work Monday to Friday 6:30am to 4pm with occasional evening events.
