Great opportunity for a sous chef to join our award winning kitchen team cooking Rosette standard modern Italian and British cuisine for up to 200 covers.

Joining a team of 13 chefs working under a celebrity chef owner, the sous chef will be responsible for the daily management and running of the kitchen, training the team and leading service.

We offer great training and opportunity to create dishes for our seasonally changing menu.

We work 7 shifts per week (53 Hours) and offer a completive salary package and benefits.
