Overview

We are looking for a passionate and foodie sous chef to join our team cooking Rosette awarded modern Italian menus for up to 150 covers.

  • Located in central London close to Covent Garden.
  • We work 7 shifts per week (50 Hours)
  • Offering a salary package of £35-38K

The sous chef will work closely with the head chef and senior management to oversee the daily running of the kitchen, manage ordering, stock control, menu development and daily specials as well as food hygiene and kitchen due diligence.

We are looking for a sous chef who can match our high standards and passion for Italian and British cuisine.

The sous chef will get the opportunity to have input into menu creation and daily specials.

We will offer hands on training and progression opportunities across our group and regular exclusive events and pop up restaurants.

The sous chef must have a stable and progressive background within high quality restaurants or hotels.
