We are looking for a sous chef to join our friendly and professional brigade of 13 chefs producing rosette standard seasonal British cuisine.

Located close to Victoria station, within easy reach of transport links, we work 7 shifts per week (50 hours). We are offering the sous chef a salary package of £30-35K

Our food is a mix of classical British with modern influences, using high quality locally sauced produce ad game. We produce everything fresh on site including whole carcass butchery.

We are very proud of our food giving creativity and menu input to every member of the brigade. Our menus change every 6-8 weeks plus daily specials.

The restaurant seats up to 70 covers plus private dining facilities and separate bar kitchen.

The sous chef will work closely with the head chef taking responsibility for all aspects of the kitchen from leading the brigade of 13 chefs to developing menus, managing stock and GP to food hygiene and HACCP.

Previous experience to a senior CDP or sous chef level is required.
