We are looking for a passionate sous chef to join our team cooking authentic Portuguese and Mediterranean dishes for a 40 seat restaurant.

Located close to London Bridge station we work 7 shifts per week (50 hours) and offer a salary of £28-32K.

Leading a team of 5 chefs from a modern and well stoked open kitchen. We produce everything fresh on site using high quality seasonal produce from the UK and Portugal.

Our menus change on a seasonal basis as well as having weekly specials. The sous chef will be involved in menu development and creation, working closely with the head chef to manage stock, HACCP and kitchen due diligence.
