We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen brigade of 6 within our modern European restaurant – proud holder of a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
The successful Sous Chef will receive a starting salary of £27,000.
We create all dishes on site using fresh produce – our menus are comprised of modern European dishes, cooked & prepared using some traditional South African techniques.
As a restaurant we are closed every Monday & Tuesday – meaning you will receive set days off each week.
The ideal Sous Chef will live in South London and have good transport links to Peckham.

Our kitchen brigade need a passionate and driven Sous Chef to complete the team. We have recently begun planning for our second site which is the reason for this position becoming available.
As Sous Chef within our team you will be required to run the kitchen in the absence of our Head Chef. Other responsibilities will include the training and developing of our more junior staff.
We actively encourage creative input from all of our chefs, so as Sous Chef there will be opportunities to help create and design new dishes.
This role will suit a Sous Chef that wishes to work with quality produce, deliver high-end cuisine but within more informal settings.
The role is available right away and interviews are taking place immediately.
