We are looking for a sous chef to join us. Our production kitchen is located in Bermondsey (South West London) with events spread across the City and Home Counties.

Our events range from private dinner parties to Christmas parties of up to 2500 guests. We produce everything fresh on site with creative bespoke menus for each event.

The role will be to head up the cold sections including canape, buffet and starters.

The sous chef will work closely with the clients and events manages to develop menus, attend tastings and achieve the cooking brief.
