We are looking for a sous chef to join our professional and highly experienced team cooking modern British and French cuisine to a One Michelin Star Standard.
Located in the heart of Knightsbridge we have proudly held and retained One Star for 11 years.
The sous chef will be responsible for covering all sections, running the pass and involved in menu development.
Leading a team of up to 15 Chefs serving 50 covers lunch and dinner 7 days per week.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Michelin kitchens, must be able to lead and manage a team cooking to the highest level.
