We are looking for a sous chef to join our team cooking critically acclaimed one star Michelin British casein.

Located in central London our kitchen team work 8 shifts per week (4 days on 3 off) we are offering salary package of £35K

The sous chef will be hands on and responsible for leading the kitchen and running service. We offer lunch and dinner service 7 days per week serving up to 120 covers per day with a team of 9 chefs.

We use highly seasonal locally sauced produce with all butchery of game and whole carcasses on a daily basis.

Applicants must have Michelin or high end restaurant experience.
