We are looking for a passionate and foodie sous chef to join our team cooking award winning modern British farm to fork/nose to tail dining.

  • Located in Kings Cross close to rail and transport links.
  • Salary of £30-34K
  • Working 7 shifts per week (50 Hours)

Our food is modern British and European, we work closely with local farms and suppliers to offer the very best seasonal British produce.

We have an onsite butcher and use whole carcasses making use of every cut possible.

Our restaurant seats 50 covers serving an average of 80-90 per service plus private dining facilities.

The sous chef will be responsible for leading a brigade of 8 chefs, running the kitchen alongside our head chef and assisting with menu development, ordering, stock control and food hygiene.
