Sous Chef – Northern Italian Cuisine – High Quality
Our client near Green Park/ Piccadilly is searching for a Sous Chef to deliver creativity and personal expression to the cuisine of this high quality restaurant specialising in food from Northern Italy. The Sous Chef joining this friendly welcoming team must be able to demonstrate a commitment and longevity in there working history (at least 1 or 2 years in per job) and of course have a passion for Northern Italian food. Previous experience in both Fine Dining and High Volume restaurants would be an advantage for this Sous Chef as this restaurant can serve up to 148 covers per service and is twinned with a Michelin star restaurant nearby.
Management of a team of 11 Chefs
Kitchen paperwork and administration
Assisting on different sections as required
Salary of up to £35,000
7 shifts per week
