We are looking for experienced sous chefs to join our opening team cooking high quality modern Mediterranean all day menus for a 170 seater restaurant located in Central London.

Our menus use the very best produce sauced from across Europe with our menus changing on a seasonal basis.

Leading and managing a team of over 22 chefs working a 45 hour per week contract in a fully open kitchen that will include a jospa oven, rabata grill and bread oven. We will be producing everything fresh on site including meat and fish prep.

The sous chef will have input into menu changes as well as being responsible for the daily running of the kitchen.

The sous chef will be involved in kitchen management and will ideally have a good understanding of hospitality computer systems such as Comtrex and FnB Shop.

The ideal candidate will have a background in high quality modern European restaurants producing everything fresh.
