We are looking for a sous chef to join us in the pre-opening of our flagship restaurant in central London.

  • Located in the City close to Bank and St Paus stations.
  • We offer high quality modern European dining, producing everything fresh on site.
  • Our kitchen tam work 6 shifts per week (50 hours)
  • We are offering a salary package of circa £35K

The sous chef will work closely with our head chef to lead and manage a team of 25 chefs working in a brand new state of the art kitchen.

As sous chef you will be responsible for running service, stock control and food hygiene paperwork. The sous chef will work closely with the head and group chef to develop seasonal menus.

Previous sous chef experience is required, a background in high volume fresh food restaurants would be preferred.

The restaurant is due to open in October, interviews and trials are taking place immediately.
