Sous Chef – Multi Outlet site – East London – £35,000+

Sous Chef required to lead a team of 30+ chefs spread between two fantastic kitchens. Cooking food inspired by Central and East Coast America. This Sous Chef role would very much suit a Chef that is keen to gain experience managing multiple kitchens. Our client will offer support and guidance but needs an exceptional cook and a genuine leader in the kitchen. Strong organisational abilities are essential, but career progress is offered in return in addition to the basic salary. 5 Star Hotel experience would be an advantage, knowledge or experience of American cuisine is an advantage too but not essential, our Executive Chef and Head Chef can both guide you.
