We are looking for a sous chef to join our exciting new team catering for a 70 sear modern British grill restaurant as well as a pasta bar and fresh seafood outlet with counter service.

  • Located close to Hyde Park Corner tube station
  • We are offering a salary of £30K + £5-7K tronc.
  • No late finish (Chefs finishing by 9:30pm)
  • We offer hands on training and progression opportunities.

The ideal sous chef will have a hotel and high quality restaurant background.

We produce everything fresh on site with a dedicated production kitchen and brand new state of the art service kitchen with Jospa oven, rotisserie and Charcoal Grill.

The sous chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen through service, managing stock and food hygiene.
