We are looking for a sous chef to join our team in January cooking fine dining a la cart menus for a directors dining restaurant.

  • Located in central London, 5 minutes from national rail and tube links.
  • Salary of £30K
  • 6-7 Shifts per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Two AA Rosette standard modern British and European dining

The sous chef will work closely with our head chef to create and cook weekly changing modern British menus using high quality seasonal produce. Our food is to a Two AA Rosette standard.

We serve lunch and dinner Monday to Friday for up to 60 covers.

As sous chef you will be responsible for leading the brigade of 5 chefs, managing service, stock control food hygiene paperwork and kitchen management.

The sous chef must have a stable background working in rosette or high quality kitchens to a sous chef level.

This position will start in January 2020 with interviews and trials taking place immediately.
