We are looking for a sous chef to join our team cooking modern British and European cuisine for a directors/VIP dining restaurant based in central London.
We are offering the sous chef a salary package of £30K
Open Monday to Friday we work 7-8 shifts per week.
Using high quality seasonal produce we make everything fresh on site with our own artisanal baker and sushi chef.
The restaurant serves 20-60 covers per service from a semi open, modern and well stocked kitchen.
Our menus change on a regular basis, we would like the sous chef to be involved in menu development, food cost calculations, food hygiene and due diligence paperwork, ordering and general kitchen management.
We will offer opportunities for training and progression across the company.
Previous experience to a senior chef de parite or sous chef level in a restaurant or directors dining kitchen is preferred.
