We are looking for a sous chef to join our team of 9 chefs cooking an exciting and eclectic mix of British and French cuisine for a 70 seater restaurant and 2 private dining rooms.
Located in Claphan (South London) our team work 4 days on and 3 off in a modern well equipped and spacious kitchen. We are offering a salary of £30K+ tronc.
Our menus use locally sauces seasonal produce. Lunch service is casual and relaxed whilst dinner service is more refined with seasonal tasting menus.
The sous chef will be responsible for running the service and leading the kitchen in the head chef’s absence. The sous chef will work with the head chef to create and implement new menus and daily specials.
