We are looking for a sous chef to join a modern and trendy members club with 50 seat restaurant and bar and private dining.

  • Salary £33-35K

We offer highly seasonal British and Internationally themed menus served from a well-stocked modern kitchen open to the restaurant.

The sous chef will be hands on lead a brigade of 12 chefs, producing everything fresh on site.

Catering for 30-60 covers per service plus private dining and events for up to 30 covers.

The sous chef will be involved in menu development, stock control, budgeting, food hygiene and kitchen due diligence.
