We are looking for a sous chef to join our strong and stable team catering for a modern British member’s only restaurant and regular events and functions.

  • Located on Pall Mall
  • Salary package £30-34K
  • Regular weekends off!!!

The sous chef will be responsible for the daily running of the kitchen catering for up to 80 covers in the restaurant and 10 event and hospitality rooms.

Working in a friendly brigade of 10-12 chefs we work 7 shifts per week with regular weekends off!!!

The sous chef will work with the head chef to manage stock, ordering, food hygiene and daily kitchen management.

The sous chef will also be involved in menu creation and costings.

We produce everything fresh on site using high quality locally sauced produce and love to champion boutique suppliers and producers.
