Overview

We are looking for a strong and experienced sous chef to join our team cooking an exciting mix of Latin Americana and European cuisine for a high volume, high quality restaurant based in central London.

We use high quality produce, meats and wines imported from South America and change our menus on a seasonal basis and produce everything fresh on site.

We work 7 shifts per week covering lunch and dinner service for up to 200 covers.

The sous chef will be responsible for leading and managing our team of up to 20 chefs.

What we are looking for

  • Sous chef experience
  • Knowledge of FnB Shop or similar software
  • Experience in high volume high quality kitchens
  • Friendly and passionate personalities.
