Overview

We are looking for a sous chef to join our team of 8 chefs cooking modern seasonal Italian cuisine for up to 140 covers.

Located between Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith, close to tube, bus and rail links.

Our kitchen team work 48 hours per week (7 shifts)

We are offering £28K for the sous chef.

Our menus change on a regular basis offering high quality seasonal Italian cuisine, we produce everything fresh on site.

Working in a well-stocked kitchen including wood fired pizza oven.

The sous chef will be responsible for the daily running of serviced, covering all sections and deputizing for the head chef.

Training and growth opportunities will be given along with input into menus and dally specials.
