Sous Chef – Hotel – Richmond
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team within our four star hotel.
The successful Sous Chef will receive a starting salary of £32,000.
Our kitchen brigade is made up of 12 chefs.
As Sous Chef, you will work a 46 hour week.

We are looking for a Sous Chef with previous hotel experience.
Our kitchen team produce all dishes on site using fresh produce – one kitchen within our hotel services all food outlets – so as Sous Chef you will be involved with both functions and restaurant service.
We have recently had a brand new kitchen installed, meaning as Sous Chef in our team, you will work within a brand new, state of the art kitchen.
The ideal Sous Chef will have a good understanding of costing dishes and managing a GP – as well as being able to assist and develop junior members of the brigade.
The role is available immediately with interviews and trials taking place.
