We are looking for a sous chef to join our team cooking highly seasonal modern British cuisine for up to 100 covers per service.

Located close to Hyde Park corner, we work 7 shifts (50 hours) per week and offer a salary of up to £34K

The sous chef will be given lots of input into the monthly menu changes and daily specials.

The sous chef will work closely with the head chef and be responsible for the daily running of the kitchen, training and mentor the brigade of 13 chefs and manage ordering, stock control, food hygiene and kitchen due diligence.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience to at least a junior sous chef level and an understanding of FnB shop or similar system would be a benefit.
