We are looking for a sous chef to join our team cooking modern British seasonal menus for up to 60 covers per service. This is a family owned business regarded as one of the most forward thinking clubs in the SE region

Located just 15 miles north from central London close to Hatfield & St Albans, due to our location candidates must have their own transport.

Our team of 5 chefs work 5 strait shifts per week either 6-3 or 1 till close. We pay overtime and want our chefs to enjoy a good work life balance and give regular weekends off.

All our food is produced fresh on site using high quality locally sauced seasonal produce, we offer all day restaurant service for up to 60 covers per service covering everything from full English breakfasts to 3 course seasonal menus. Plus regular private dining and events for up to 120 covers.
