We are looking for an enthusiastic sous chef to join our fun and friendly team cooking award winning modern British seasonal menus for a 30 seat restaurant.

  • Located 5 minutes’ drive from Hertford in a quiet village
  • Salary package of £30K

Joining a team of 4 chefs producing everything fresh on site using locally sauced seasonal produce.

The sous chef will be responsible for running service, training and motivating the team and will also be given input into meu development.

The souse chef must have a friendly attitude who can work hands on with the team and develop the brigade.
