We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic sous chef to join our team cooking award winning French comfort food for a busy city center brasserie.
We produce everything fresh on site from ice cream to stocks and sauces, using high quality seasonal produce.
The sous chef will be responsible for running the kitchen and assisting the head chef with management and paperwork duties.
We work to a 48 hour contract offering between £10-12 per hour with paid overtime.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a fresh food environment with either independent or branded restaurants.
Training and promotional opportunities will be offered.
