Salary – £35k
One of the leading contract catering and food service companies supply the food and catering offer within a busy college venue. They are looking for a sous chef to add to the team of skilled chefs to produce high-end food for the hospitality and events business on site. The facilities on site have the capacity to hold sit down dinners up to 400 and canape events up to 500.
The sous chef
A sous chef is required to work with the chef team and give valuable support to the head chef. There is a loyal team on board so the sous chef will have a good approach and be flexible.
