I am looking for a passionate foodie sous chef to join our small team cooking refined modern British cuisine using seasonal Game and whole caucus butchery!!!

Located in Finsbury Park close to the tube and rail links.

We are closed on Sunday night and all day Monday, we open for dinner only Tuesday to Friday and all day on Saturday.

We are offering the sous chef a salary package of £30-32K.

Catering for a 46 seat dining room our menus are centered on seasonal British produce and game, we often get whole caucuses to butcher on site as well as making all our own ice creams and breads.

This is an opportunity to join a growing group where you will have menu input, get to work alongside a highly regarded award winning head chef and be given the opportunity and training to develop into a head chef role.

Previous restaurant experience in fine dining or high end kitchens is required.

We are looking for a sous chef to join our team in late March/April.
