We are currently recruiting for a fine dining (Michelin experienced) sous chef to work with us on London’s most prestigious events.

Based in SW London we are a world renound and highly respected party design and event catering company offering VIP service and Michelin quality food for London’s top events.

We pride ourselves on our creative, highly personal approach and superb, restaurant quality food.

Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30-16.30, with evenings and weekends when required, which are paid as overtime. There is a Company bonus scheme and a pension contribution is offered.

Package: 20 days holiday for the first two years, and then one day for every year worked up to a maximum of 25 days.

The ideal Sous chef will be not only a superbly gifted chef but also highly organised and creative with a background in fine dining and an interest in events they will need to have strong leadership/management abilities. The sous chef will not only need to be a strong team worker (the company has a long established team) but also to demonstrate the ability to manage their time independently and to oversee the work of their team as required.

The right candidate will be creative, inventive and willing to push boundaries with new cooking techniques and skills. They will need to be able to develop the respect of the other members of the team as a result of good working practices, diligence and strong people skills. Reliability, flexibility with hours, a hard working attitude and proactivity are all key characteristics for candidates in this role.
