We are looking for a fine dining (Michelin experienced) sous chef to join our team catering for prestigious events across London.
Based in SW London we are a world renound and highly respected party design and event catering company offering VIP service and Michelin quality food for London’s top events.
The ethos is progressive and the company is looking for people who will stay, grow with it and share in its success. This is a great company to work for that offers training in new techniques.
Hours are Monday to Friday 08.30-16.30, with evenings and weekends when required, which are paid as overtime. There is a company bonus scheme and a pension contribution is offered. We offer a base salary of £28K with on target earnings of £40K
The ideal Sous chef will be not only a superbly gifted chef but also highly organised and creative with a background in fine dining and an interest in events they will need to have strong leadership/management abilities.
