We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic sous chef to join our team in a well-known and highly respected party design and event catering company catering for VIP events offering bespoke restaurant and Michelin quality menus.

  • Position – Events Sous Chef
  • Cuisine – Bespoke events with restaurant quality menus
  • Location – Southfields (District Line)
  • Salary – £25-30K Basic + Over time + Company Bonus (Package of £35-45K)
  • Shifts – Monday to Friday 8,30am to 4,30pm in the production kitchen + regular evening events paid as overtime

The sous chef work Monday to Friday 8,30am to 4,30pm with overtime paid for evening events and occasional weekends.

We are offering a great basic salary plus over time and bonuses, the sous chef could potentially earn £35-45K per year.

We can cater for events of up to 500 covers. All our food is produced on site to restaurant quality using fresh seasonal produce from the around the British Isle. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills be confident interacting with clients and will have creative input into menus and events.

The ideal Sous chef will be not only a superbly gifted chef but also highly organised and creative with a background in fine dining and an interest in events they will need to have strong leadership/management abilities.

We are offering great training and the opportunity to work on some of the coolest London events and venues.

Previous background in high quality restaurants and hotels is required and previous experience working on events would be a bonus.
