We are looking for a strong sous chef to join our team cooking high quality seasonal British menus for a recently opened restaurant in the heart of Chiswick.

  • We are offering the sous chef a salary package of circa £35K
  • Working 7 shifts per week (50 hours)

The sous chef will be joining a fun and friendly team of 10 chefs cooking monthly changing seasonal British menus using high quality locally sauced produce.

Our restaurant serve up to 100 covers per service, we also have a busy bar with separate menu serving 30-40 covers per night.

The sous chef will be responsible for running service, covering and assisting on all sections and working closely with the head chef to develop and implement seasonal menus as well as manage stock, food hygiene and kitchen due diligence.

The sous chef will be given training and progression opportunity’s across our growing group restaurants and will be groomed for a future head chef role.
