Sous chef required for a busy restaurant close to Victoria station, we offer modern British and Mediterranean all day menus serving up to 150 covers per service with a team of up to 25 chefs across 2 kitchens.
We are offering the sous chef a salary of £30-36K for 7 shifts (50 hours per week)
Our menus change on a monthly basis with daily and weekly specials, we use highly seasonal and top quality produce and produce everything fresh on site.
The sous chef will be responsible for the daily running of the kitchen, working with the head chef to develop seasonal menus, train and mentor the brigade of 25 chefs and manage ordering, stock control, food hygiene and kitchen due diligence.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience to at least a junior sous chef level and an understanding of FnB shop or similar system would be a benefit.
