We are looking for a sous chef to join our team of 15 chefs cooking modern British and Italian cuisine.
Located close to Slone Square tube station we work a 48 hour week with 7 shifts.
Our food is all prepared fresh on site using high quality seasonal produce sauced from the UK and Italy. We serve up to 120 covers per service plus a busy bar.
Our menus change on a monthly basis with daily and weekly specials. The sous chef will have lots of impute into menu creation and development and must have a basic understanding of food costing.
The sous chef will be given training and opportunity’s to learn and develop management and kitchen due diligence skills.
