Sous Chef – All Day Dining Brasserie
We need a Sous Chef to join our friendly team in this all day dining French Brasserie in the heart of Sloane Square / Chelsea with a brigade of 35 Chefs cooking all food from fresh high quality produce. We love our Sous Chef to share our passion for food and an enthusiasm to work at the top of the industry, you will benefit from support and guidance from the highly professional senior kitchen management chef team. Our customers love us for its quirky atmosphere and fantastic food.
With previous experience as Sous Chef within a similar high volume, brasserie style restaurant, you will be excited to expand your skills by managing sections and developing less experienced Chefs.
It is important that you are a team player with a cool head, an ability to work quickly and cleanly under pressure and are able to cope with high volume kitchen production. Because that’s how our Head Chefs and Sous Chefs work, mentoring and support.
Working under direction of the Head Chef providing support, guidance and training to the Junior Sous Chefs, Chef De Parties and Commis Chefs.
Working in the main kitchen with a brigade of 35 Chefs.
Expand you skills by managing multiple sections and developing a team of Chefs.
We need a team player with a cool head, an ability to work quickly and cleanly under pressure and are able to cope with high volume kitchen production.
Running a section and cooking high quality fresh French Brasserie food.
Hours 50 hours – extra shifts paid overtime
