Overview

We are looking for a sous chef to join our large brigade of 60 chefs cooking an exciting fusion of Latin American and Asian cuisine.

  • Salary package of £40K
  • 50 hour weeks

We produce everything fresh on site using high quality seasonal produce sauced from around the world.

The restaurant can serve up to 700 covers per day, plus regular hospitality functions and events.

The sous chef will be responsible for leading the team through production and service in our state of the art open plan kitchen.

Our menus change on a seasonal basis, we encourage our chefs to be creative and need a sous chef who can train and mentor junior chefs.

A sous chef with knowledge of Latin American or Japanese cuisine is preferred, along with prior experience in high volume kitchens.
