We are looking for a sous chef to join our team in a high volume multi outlet kitchen catering for a Two AA Rosette restaurant, lounge and cocktail bar.
Located in central London close to Piccadilly Circus, our kitchen team work 5 x 10 hour strait shifts per week.
We offer eclectic British and European menus for breakfast lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service and can cater for over 1000 covers per day.
The sous chef will be joining a team of 35 chefs, producing everything fresh on site using high quality British and European menus.
As sous chef you will be responsible for running service, achieving set standards of food production and service, managing ordering and stock control, training, mentoring and developing the kitchen teams.
We are offering a salary of £34K per year as well as lots of benefits and extras including work social events, football team and supplier visits.
