We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic senior sous chef with a modern British and European background in rosette standard kitchens.
Located next to regents Park with good transport links we are closed on Mondays.
We are offering a competitive salary of £35k with the opportunity to develop into the head chef role.
Our food is modern British and European and has been awarded Two AA Rosettes. We serve up to 80 covers per service with a brigade of 14 chefs.
The senior sous chef will be given lots of input and creativity in new menu development working closely with the chef patron.
The ideal candidate will have worked in rosette and fine dining kitchens and must be hands on in the kitchen working closely with the team to manage and lead service.
