We are looking for a senior sous chef to join our team cooking Michelin stared modern British cuisine for up to 110 covers per service with a team of 30 chefs.
Located in Central London with great transport links we are offering a salary of up to £48K for 9 shifts per week.
Our team produce everything fresh daily using the very best seasonal produce sauced from across the British Ilse.
The senior sous chef will be responsible for running the kitchen with the head chef, managing stock, budgeting and training.
This roe will give the senior sous chef opportunity’s to develop into a head chef role within a short period.
The ideal senior sous chef will have a background in Rosette or Michelin standard kitchens.
Interviews will take place immediately with an ideal start date of Jan/Feb 2019
