We are looking for a senior sous chef to join our fun and friendly team cooking modern British and European cuisine for a 70 seater restaurant and bar, located close to Victoria station.

Our menus are extremely seasonal changing on a monthly basis and include daily specials. We utilise seasonal and locally sauced British produce and give every member of the kitchen team input into menu development.

The senior sous chef will be responsible for leading a team of 10 chefs producing everything fresh on site for up to 100 covers per service.

As senior sous chef you will work closely with the head chef to manage kitchen due diligence, stock control, menu development and budgeting.

We offer a salary package of £30-35K for 7 shifts per week.
