We are looking for a senior sous chef to join our team cooking authentic Mexican cuisine. We produce all dishes on site using high quality fresh produce imported from Mexico and sauced locally.

The sous chef will be given hands on training and mentorship to take the head chef role.

  • Located in Soho within easy access to public transport.
  • We work strait shifts (48 hours)
  • Starting salary of circa £35K

As sous chef you will be responsible for running service, leading the brigade and upholding food standards with a team of 8-10 chefs. The sous chef will oversee all mise en place following company standards and will work closely with the GM and Group chef to develop menus and improve standards

This is a fast paced environment with one continuous all day service.

The sous chef must be highly organised and have good leadership skills. We will offer training and opportunities for promotion and development.

Basic knowledge and understanding of Mexican cuisine and ingredients is required.
