We are looking for a senior sous chef to join our strong and stable brigade within a very exclusive members club.

  • Located in Mayfair within easy access of transport links
  • Salary package of £37K
  • 48 Hours per week
  • Paid over time
  • Alternate weekends off whenever possible

The Senior Sous Chef will be based in our fine dining restaurant offering traditional British and French cuisine for up to 80 covers per service though will also work across the brasserie and events kitchen.

The Senior Sous Chef will work closely with the Exec Chef and management team to run all outlets, manage stock, budgets, recruitment and daily due diligence.

We produce everything fresh on site using high quality locally sauced British produce.

The Senior Sous Chef will be given lots of freedom and input into menu development for all outlets and will be hands on working with the team.

We require the Senior Sous Chef to have previous experience working in high quality hotels and rosette standard kitchen.
