We are looking for a senior sous chef to join a friendly and fun team of 4 chefs catering for daily events and catering functions across London.

Our production kitchen is located on the Old Kent Road (South East London) We are a young and fast growing company offering plenty of promotional and growth opportunities.

The senior sous chef will work predominantly Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm managing prep and production though there will be occasional evening and weekend work.

The senior sous chef will be responsible for running the production kitchen, reporting directly to the exec chef. We cater for a wide variety of events from sit down dinners to canape and buffet functions.

Part of the senior sous chef’s responsibilities will be controlling stock, ordering and wastage. The senior sous chef will also be involved in due diligence, COSHH, HACCP and staff training to achieve consistent results.
