We are looking for a senior sous chef to join our team catering for an award winning 5 star hotel with 2 restaurants, bars, events and golf course.
Located in South West London, we offer a shuttle bus service to Epsom station and onsite parking.
We are offering a salary of £37K plus excellent benefits.
Our kitchen team work 48 hours per week.
The senior sous chef will work closely with the exec chef to run all outlets including a fine dining restaurant.
As senior sous chef you will be responsible for leading, training and motivating the brigade, overseeing stock control, ordering, food hygiene and kitchen due diligence.
We produce everything fresh on site using high quality locally sauced British produce.
The senior sous chef will be given lots of freedom and input into menu development for all outlets and will be hands on working with the team.

- Excellent leadership skills
- Desire to get it right every time
- Experience of stock control and ordering
- Computer literate in Word and Excel
